Great seed. Not many Americans know of what their government does with foreign policy. It is all smoke and mirrors in the name of "national security" or "national interests." A lot of Americans, when confronted with this stark reality, don't believe it, they simply deny it and that their country is innocent on all accounts.
Our foreign policy, speaking as an American here, is bunk. We are an empire, plain and simple. Anyone who does not recognize that is either ignorant, living under a rock, or in denial. What kills me personally is anytime anyone says that another group of people hate us for our freedoms... it makes my blood boil. The author beautifully exhibits American foreign policy hypocrisy...
