Osama’s death drama in Pakistan, What next??

By Atta Rasool Malik

I like Americans people; they are straight forward, honest, hard working and highly friendly. I also admit that they have worked hard and deserve the leading role in the world politics. Likewise, United States of America (US) symbolizes military might, intellect and technology, individual freedom and liberty and above all, a land of opportunities.

40th president of US, Ronald Reagan while campaigning in election rally had said, “America represents something universal in the human spirit. ‘You can go to Japan to live, but you cannot become Japanese. You can go to France to live and not become a Frenchman. You can go to live in Germany or Turkey, and you won't become a German or a Turk.' But then he added, 'Anybody from any corner of the world can come to America to live and become an American.” Probably that is why; USA is still a dream land for many in the world.

But some time Americans behave in a manner, a normal cart pusher, an illiterate person of my village will not like to behave. I wonder why? Look at the story of Bin Laden, a decade long dead man has been hunted near Pakistan Military Academy.!!! Americans brave soldiers have hunted Osama and no Americans soldier has been even hurt. What a great plan!!!!

I have worked with Americans soldiers in UN, they know their job well, and quite few of them are very brave too. But some,  think tank of CIA has made them laughing stock.  I do not know Americans would spend how much money to keep this white lie worth listening for long.

Mr. Obama congratulations. You have great advisors. You are victorious; you deserve second tenure of presidency.

Former CIA case officer Robert Baer said of bin Laden in 2008, "Of course he's dead." FBI counterterrorism chief Dale Watson thought he was dead. Former U.S. foreign intelligence officer and Boston University professor Angelo M. Codevilla went even further: "All the evidence suggests Elvis Presley is more alive today than Osama bin Laden." Professor David Ray Griffin, formerly of California's Claremont School of Theology, agreed with him and wrote a book in 2010 that claimed bin Laden died of kidney-related issues in 2001 while living in the Tora Bora Mountains of Afghanistan. Former Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, herself assassinated in 2007, believed that bin Laden had been "murdered" by fellow terrorist Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh.

U.S. intelligence forces have faked various recordings and videos to keep the threat alive to justify foreign adventures such as Iraq and stoke the fears of a country rapidly losing enthusiasm for a war in Afghanistan that is moving into its second decade.

The bin Laden scam is one of the most shameful acts ever perpetrated against the American people.  We don’t even know if he really was an enemy to USA, certainly he was never the person that Bush and Cheney said.  In fact, the Bush and bin Laden families were always close friends and had been for many years.

This drama is not worthy of world lonely superpower. USA does not need to betray world to which they are leading. I think Americans themselves are more in doubt than any one else on this planet to believe that they are the leader of the day.
